How to stop mediasharingd app to pop up after startup?

After reboot or startup after shutdown and login the mediasharingd throws a popup for a second or less. I called apple support and they showed me to switch on media sharing to generate the popup and actually deny the remote network connection.

However, even after having this entry in my Firewall settings (as denied), the popup still shows up after reboot or startup.

This is annoying and does not make sense at all, as I have switched off all sharing options.

Anyone with an idea how to get rid of this?

I am using M1 MacBook Air newest version of Monterey.

No software that could interfere with that is installed.

Reinstallation of the mac OS seems a bit a steep task as I just have bought a new machine and starting all over again is at least a week of hassle and back and forth....
I am not sure if I should go that route...
Thanks for linking to the post though!
