My account apple is disabled on itunes

my account is Apple is disconnected on iTunes, and I can't even download an app or update an app, I would like your help

Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and use the following specific link:--> Apple Support
