Error occurred while converting the file..An unknown error occurred (-11821)

I am trying to convert old home videos (MOV files) into videos that I will be able to watch on my iPhone, but keep getting this error message when I attempt to convert them into iPod or iPhone versions and cannot find any solutions.

Unsupported Video Format error Apple Photos gives this error on Videos shot from my iPhone 13 (working on a Macbook 2016). Makes no sense. Computer is older than 2015 and video is not uploaded to iCloud. If I can't do anything to fix the current videos, how can I stop it from happening to future videos?

error message 0x802A0006 I am using Windows 8.1 picture viewer, iphone se second edition. Never had a problem importing photos onto my hp pavilion laptop before now I'm getting an error message 0x802A0006. The required value cannot be determined. I have been able to upload two video files but two others and some pictures will not load. Update: Can not find a way to delete this question so I am updating it. I don't know how I fixed it, I attempted to import the photos and two remaining videos again and it did. I did keep "waking" the screen on the iPhone while it was importing, don't know if that made the difference. Thanks

Try different video conversion software, e.g. Handbrake.
