Average is about 1% a month so you're in great shape. Note that the decline in battery health is not linear. It may stay at 99% for another couple of months then drop to something like 93%. that's okay, too. There's really no reason to keep checking your battery health unless you're phone isn't working correctly or you're getting close to the end of your warranty.

Your battery is considered fit for use until it drops below 80%.
