Apple watch only shows apple logo

I left my watch charging. After my iPhone received a note that my watch is fully charged, I went to pick it up. My watch only shows Apple Logo on a black background. I though it was upgrading so I did not do anything. After several hours, it still shows that. Then I forced reboot. After reboot, same thing.

Any solutions before I mail it back to Apple?
