Beta Profile Download Issue

When I try to log in with this Apple ID at beta.apple.com, it takes me right back to the same beta.apple.com page, with the same Sign Up and Log In prompts.

I've rebooted. I've managed my Apple ID had has no issue. Cannot signup for Beta Profiles on either safari or chrome. Happens when trying my MacBook or my iPhone SE 2022.

Can't sign out of iCloud due to iOS14 beta profile. I can't seem to sign out of iCloud, trying to fix my News app which won't load. When I go to my iCloud page and scroll all the way down to where you sign out it says ""Sign out is not available due to restrictions." Just to make sure I go to Screentime then to Content & Privacy Restrictions and I have no restrictions enabled, BUT it says "This device is also restricted by a Profile." Then I click on View Profile and it's the profile for iOS14 beta which I am on. So do I remove the profile? Will that affect my beta status or send me back down to iOS13?
