How do I change form of payment on my Apple Music account?

PAYMENT METHOD The card I use for purchases in Apple Music needs to be changed. I have been trying to change it by clicking on "manage payments" then Add Payments, I fill in all the blanks and it won't let me go any further. Any suggestions?
