I have several notes that were created in Outlook on my work PC which syncs to my work iPhone. I got a new iPhone 12, set it up, updated to IOS 15.5 and all my notes disappeared off my new phone and on my work PC! Need those back.

Thanks for the reply. I did read the article but was still unable to locate my notes. What's baffling is that the originally created notes in Outlook on my PC disappeared as well. SMH....sure wish I could fix that problem.
