apple ipad black screen customer support night mare where apple support refuse to get me copy of my documents

Apple ipad told me only thing they can do is give me new apple ipad,but my documents are so important and the reason i got this apple ipad is to be able to write my lectures notes on it so i can study and excel ,but now my exams coming and apple ipad refuse to give me my course work ,its like the price i paid for this apple ipad and the price of my college course is the total.

i expected better customer support i want this apple ipad connect my apple ipad to their monitor and i want them to give me copy of my documents .i cant study for my exams i depend on my notes and its like night mare ,please give me better customer support and give me copy of my documents black screen ,doesnt mean i lost my documents and my class work i need it and i need it now please ,have apple ipad give me and provide me better support
