Maybe you've set up your email address as your caller ID. To check this, you can:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap on "FaceTime" to view its available preferences.
In the FaceTime settings, you'll see a section called Caller ID, and only one from the list will be check marked.
Check the detailed number of your caller ID and change it to the number you want.
