Bank of America won't load on my MacBook (or app on my iPhone)

I didn't change any settings but I can't get the BoA website to load on my MacBook and I can't get the BoA app to launch on my iPhone. What gives? I was able to access the site at work on my phone (using the app) and interesting...if I used cellular I could get the app to load. What could have changed? Since I'm having issues I'm thinking something is up with my wireless network (which again...I didn't make any changes to). Anyone got any tips on what to look for?
