Language and region
I’m trying to change my region to the United States and it says applying this setting will restart my iPhone. Does this mean it’ll just power off and turn back on or does it mean it will restart everything on my phone

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. This setting and alert only restarts your iPhone and will not remove any data. It will go through the same restart as mentioned in Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.
