do I need a converter for the MacBook Pro in Lebanon, bought in the US
knowing that the electricity in Lebanon is 220 not 110. That if that is electricity Of course lol

You just need the appropriate pin adapter. Apple sells a kit: power adapter - Apple

I looked back all the way from the newest MBP to 2010, and all are 100-240V AC line voltage, so you're good on that front. You'll likely need an adapter for the prongs to physically fit.
