Need help to restore photos that were previously on my phone once I signed off iCloud and back in?

Enable Photos in iCloud Settings:
Is Photos enabled in iCloud Settings on this iPhone? If not, enable it.
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: Photos (so that it is green)
