if you're within 2 weeks of your purchase, you should be able to return the blue one and then buy the green one.

But if you're not within those 2 weeks, you really can't. If you can find a company that would do trade in on it, you'd likely lose a lot of $$

Is this new? If so, return it, and get the one you need. You'd have 14 days to do so. Elsewise, get the rover exchanged by Apple. Getting it exchanged elsewhere may void a warranty.
