I need update iOS 15

Your screenshot suggests that you have iOS version 12.5.5 installed on your iPhone. This also means that you have an iPhone 6 or older. Your iPhone can only go up to iOS version 12.5.5 and nothing further. You would need a newer model iPhone to install iOS version 15.

How to do so...

A. Verify Compatibility:

Identify your iPhone model. The first thing that comes to mind in incompatibility being the culprit. So, confirm the model of your iPhone. If iPhone model is incompatible with iOS15 then it is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s).

B. If Compatible...

1. Back Up First:

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

An iPhone 6 can't be updated beyond 12.5.5, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run a higher iOS.

If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

An unit running 12.5.5 isn't capable of 13 or above.
