I am unable to share directly from my gallery to whatsapp status, it allows sending to whatsapp contacts but when trying to send to my whatsapp status - It shows sending 0 of 0.
Has anyone found the same issue? Any suggestions to fix?

I suggest that you contact Whatsapp support team about that.

I'm not a Whatsapp expert, but I think you need to open the app and use "status" or "settings" tabs at the bottom.
Or, you might expect to get a better response from some colleague here (more experienced than me).
