Apple Watch Battery Life

Hi, I recently updated to watchOS 8.6 and since then my watch battery life has shortened drastically. I have unpaired and re-paired, re-booted with no improvement. Went to bed with 100% and on cinema and silent mode and woke up 7 hours later with 51%.


I recharged to 100% and now at 12.35pm charge is sitting at 76% (whilst sitting at my workstation

If you just recently updated, you may want to give it a couple days to see if it stabilizes. When an operating system is updated, the device needs time to index all the apps and files on the device. This can result in a shorter battery life for a period of time.
