Am trying to reinstall nba app on my iPad. Why do I need to update my billing.
I deleted NBA app on my iPad, but am not able to reinstall. It takes to billing function. What is the reason? Thank you

Even free apps require you have a valid payment method on your device. If the NBA app is an app with a monthly recurring charge or annual fee, it too would require your payment method be up to date.
