My Apple Watch is connected to my iPhone, but when I use Siri it always says it has trouble connecting if my WiFi is off on the Apple Watch, or if my Watch is away from WiFi (but still connected to my iPhone which is connected to the internet). Any ideas?

"To use Siri, Apple Watch must be connected to the internet. Cellular charges may apply." If you haven't already unpaired the Apple Watch and set it up again, let's go ahead and perform this step now:
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
If the issue persists, Contact Apple for support and service.

Appreciate the help! Regrettably, even when the phone is in my pocket (for instance in the car), the watch still “has trouble connecting”. I’ve tried restarting the watch to no avail. Is this a known issue, or unique to my watch?
Happy to follow those steps - to clarify though, all other functionality of the watch works, including notifications. The only feature that’s not working is Siri via the Apple Watch when I’m not near wifi on my watch.
Aha! I tried that and it seems to be working - apologies for the confusion, I was under the impression I was missing a setting or otherwise had a faulty device. Thank you for the help here!
