Unable to pay for iCloud subscription with my Apple ID account balance.
I can not pay for my subscription of iCloud While I have enough money on my Apple ID, how is that possible?

The account used for subscriptions is independent from your Apple Cash account.
You *may* be able to pay for subscriptions via Apple Cash.
