Hi there Rrobert5,
If you want to undo an edit on a note, follow these steps from Type with the onscreen keyboard on iPhone:
Undo the last edit: Swipe left with three fingers, then tap Undo at the top of the screen.
You can also shake your iOS device to be prompted to undo the last edit you made.
