Ex partner being the original owner of the apps from the App Store
Hi, so I have a situation where I was transferring everything from the old iPhone to new one (same Apple ID) and apps started updating & downloading and I had a pop-up saying that to download these apps I needed my exes Apple ID password bc she is the original owner of the apps. So what does that mean? How can she be the original owner on my phone where I am logged in to my Apple ID and that same ID is also on App Store. I had a theory that she logged herself (her ID) into my app store and then downloaded these apps without me knowing and then she logged herself out and logged me back in. Idk if that’s possible and what could she access and accomplish with that. But if I was now logged in why didn’t the apps like disappear so I have to download them again but now with my account. To conclude, when I got that pop up I deleted all the apps (IG, FB…) and re-downloaded them and now I think I am the owner. Does anyone have a clue? Can she access anything of mine?
