Silhouette studio software

I have Silhouette studio V3.3 software and I want to buy a MacBook Air running Monterey 12.4. I need to know if my Silhouette studio V3.3 will run on the new machine.

So can I install my currently-owned Logic Pro X 10.3.2 onto a new M1 or M2 Macbook Air? Or would I have to buy a new version of Logic Pro? My understanding is that the M1 and M2 processors require different versions of software from those versions used with the Intel processor in my current MBP. As always, any help will be much appreciated.

Monterey for Apple Silicon Processors Where can I download a version of macOS Monterey for an Apple Silicon M1 iMac? I need it for a Parallels virtual machine, and the only one I can find is rejected as it isn't an Intel Mac.

Final Cut Pro Program I wanted to know if I purchase this program to b install in my MacBook Air and later get a new MacBook will I be able to install Final Cut Pro to the new MacBook since I already purchased this program? Thank You.

You can also contact the developer - they would know what the requirements are for their software (Apple would not).
