Assuming that you know your AppleID credentials ...

... If you're running iOS 15.2 or later you can follow this procedure:

How to reset your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch if you've forgotten your passcode – Apple Support (AU)

Otherwise you WILL need a computer and a cable.
