2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch crashes constantly

Not sure why this happens, but this has been going on for weeks. I keep getting error reports that state that kernel_task is crashing, such as this most recent one.

Those reports lose some of their their formatting when pasted and become hard to read.


Do you have of the following installed:


    • anti-virus software?
    • so-called "cleaning" or "optimizing" apps?
    • Banking security software, specifically, End Point Protection under the names Trusteer or Rapport?
    • torrent software


Did this start after a system upgrade or after a certain app was added?
