Are you and your mother sharing an Apple ID? If so, one of you needs to get a new Apple ID.


Apple ID - create a new.      *


Apple ID – Create   -


Apple ID - Could Not Create or Could Not Set Up iCloud message.    *


Then set up Family Sharing to keep access to your purchases.


Family Sharing.   *
