Okay, thank you. Lol. Because I don't remember setting one up and to send my broken Mac back to Apple I needed to turn it off before being able to send it in. By now I'm pretty sure I never had one. Lol. Although I wouldn't be able to reset it anyway because the Mac doesn't even properly operate. Thank you for the response!

I think most people would remember if they had set one because you have to go out of your way to do it, and most people have no need for one.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking possibly too. Because I was like 'firmware? What's that?' LOL. Felt like if it was necessary I may have just forgot something important.
