Hey there MauriceG727,

You may be able to rectify audio issues on your iPhone 7 Plus by following the recommended steps listed here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

If you're unable to use any audio features after attempting the steps in the article above, you can always reach out to Apple Support directly for further support.

It probably isn't broken, it has come loose from the logic board at certain solder points. You can get a service replacement unit for $319 USD and have a 90 day warranty, but for another $180 you can buy an iPhone SE (2022) and get a 1 year warranty and buy AppleCare + if you want.

If you don't have the funds to do either right now look for a competent 3rd party repair shop that can do micro soldering and let them look at it. Make sure they re-ball 4 contact points, even if all of them have not yet come loose. The price should be between $35 - $50 depending on where you are located and if you go this route Apple may refuse to service your iPhone in the future.
