iCloud says that I did not activate my account

To whom it may concern,

i have problem with my Apple ID, here is my account {email@icloud.com} it says that "this account is not active". So for now i can't even "sign Out..." please can you check this email as soon as possible. Because I'm working from this devise. thank you so much

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password (?).

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
