I have lost my phone. How do I log in to my apple account on my new phone if I don't have my old phone for them to send me the access code

If you are trying to locate your iPhone on https://icloud.com/find, you can choose the option Quickly access Find My to bypass the verification codes. This will work if can enter the correct Apple ID password. But if you are wanting to sign in your Apple ID on another device, you can reach out to your carrier and ask them if they can still provide another SIM card that has the same number as the old phone number so you can till get the codes. Otherwise, you may request for an account recovery.
