Apple smart mouse 2

I dropped my mouse on a hard surface. Now it will not point and click. All other functions work fine

Apple does not have a "Smart Mouse 2." Do you mean a "Magic Mouse 2?" Has a Lightning port on the bottom for charging?

Generally modern mice are not engineered o be repairable. I believe the Magic Mouse 2, like many Apple products, is a sealed-case design not intended to be opened. I feel chances of repairing it are low.

You can ask Apple to look at it, but I suspect they will also tell you it cannot be repaired.
