Partial Backup Restore

Is there a way to selectively chose which data/apps you want to restore from a previous backup into a new iPhone?

I used to have a company Managed iPhone 11 that was transferred to me recently and this is what I have done so far:

  • I deleted all company related data / apps
  • The company deleted it from their Management Console
  • I made an iCloud backup to keep my personal data (contacts, apps, photos, etc)
  • Erased all Contents and Restore Factory Settings

After a full wipe the phone shows like new with no signs of being managed by the company.

However, when I restore from my iCloud backup, it shows again that the phone is still being managed by Company.

So I wonder, if there is a way that instead of doing a full backup, I can just chose what things get copied on the phone?
