My AirPods are showing up under friends icloud

I let my friend borrow my AirPods. I’m not sure what happened when she connected them to her phone but now every time I use my AirPods it tells me that she can see my location (her Apple ID) how can I get MY AirPods to be associated with my Apple ID again?
