I can’t turn my iPhone SE off

phone has seized up I have tried quick press of up then down volume buttons then held side button for ages. Also tried pressing side button and home button together for 20 secs. Still seized up !

Thanks I did this several times and eventually it worked tho trying all sorts pressed volume and side button together and got through to emergencies and my emergency contacts were messaged . Won’t be doing that again!
