My phone on LTE at 2 bars or less cannot hold a phone call, it cuts in and out and is very glitchy with sending messages to android and often won’t deliver the text message to android, these issues do not happen when on 3G does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I’m with Freedom Mobile

That would be up to Freedom Mobile to supply you with a strong signal. Contact them.
You may want to look into purchasing a "micro cell". It's a small device that you put in your home that acts as a relay to boost your cell signal.
