Dropped iphone in water

I dropped my iphone 6s in water on accident for about 1 or 2 seconds and now i can see like a light blue stain when the phone is on, on the left side of my screen and at the top left corner there is a spot where it is brighter than the rest of the screen i dont know what to do. It still works perfectly fine.
