Backstage refund

Hi, I had a backstage membership to the wrong email and couldn’t figure out why it was charging us and there was $50 worth of the membership that we didn’t know we had. I would like the refund fully

Wondering

(1) if you may need to also cancel that membership to ensure it doesn't renew ..

(2) whether your purchase.was from Apple or from Backstage


Apple Support have articles online that may help.


If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support
