Can I pay by available payment method ( most credit card and Debit card) in Myanmar,from Asia and Pacific region?
I suggest to accept the available payment method from different region and countries. Thanks.

Apple Agreements: Purchasing such items is an agreement between Apple and the government in which this service is provided. That is the issue here. So, recommend to Apple that they make this an option. They won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what option to use in the future.
You can only pay with the payment method that is valid in your country.
