Apple TV Authorization Required

Short summary: One of my 3 Apple TVs won't play any content in my library using Home Sharing. All content says authorization is required. My iTunes library is stored on a PC and has been working fine for years. It's possible the PC lost power recently but has since been restarted.

More detail: I tried deauthorizing all devices and that didn't work. I can play the content using iTunes on the PC and two other Apple TVs that I have. I have even tried resetting the Apple TV back to factory defaults. It can see the content and it even recognizes if I'm asking it to start over or resume but it always pops up saying I need to go to the iTunes library and authorize the content.

Hello Mikek04,

Great steps in trying to resolve this issue! To be sure, is that Apple TV using the same network as the other devices and PC? If it's by chance using the guest network or a different one you could see odd behavior: Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support
