I still have a problem with gapless playback on my iPod and iPhone 13 pro. Both devices put gaps in between songs on albums that should be gapless. Is there any solution?

I did try re downloading the albums, but what has seemed to have worked is a reset on the devices and now they play the albums gapless.

Have you tried deleting one of the albums, and then redownloading again?
Redownload music - Apple Support
Redownload music in the iTunes Store app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Open the iTunes Store app.
• On your iPhone or iPod touch: At the bottom of your screen, tap More, then tap Purchased.
• On your iPad: Tap Purchased.
2. Tap Music. If you use Family Sharing, tap a family member’s name to see music that they purchased.
3. Find the music that you want to redownload, then tap it.
4. Tap the download buttonnext to a song or album.
If the album plays the same after redownloading, we'd suggest contacting Apple Support. Let them know what happens, and what troubleshooting steps you've done so far.

How is your music shared to your iPod and iPhone 13 Pro? Are you syncing them with a sync cable or are they playing through Apple Music? Which iOS are you currently running on your devices? If you're not running iOS 15.5, it may be helpful to update and test again: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support

The album’s were purchased directly from iTunes and downloaded straight to my iPhone and iPod via Wi-Fi on my router connected directly to the internet.
Both are running 15.5 iOS.
The main albums in question is “Third Stage and Don’t Look Back “ by Boston.
I have these also on a old iPod classic and it plays these albums gapless no problem.
