Recently, I have purchased my iPhone 13 pro and suddenly a horizontal appears under the battery icon while unlocking my iPhone. I would be really grateful if you could suggest me how to remove it.

It's the "handle" for opening the Control Center. I believe you can remove it by going to Settings>Face ID & Passcode>Allow Access When Locked>Control Center. Of course, then you won't be able to use CC from the lock screen.

Then you can't remove it.
That’s nothing to worry about.
It doesn’t interfere with the operation of the device whatsoever.
That horizontal line only appears after your device is unlocked. 🔓

I have already done that but it still pops up as soon as I unlock my phone.
