How to delete "Other Documents" from icloud?

My reported data usage is 25.8 GB. I have scoured all devices using cloud, deleted them and cannot find the remaining data. As such, it is costing me the ability to downgrade to a free account (5GB)

Thank you for any ideas on where to find and delete this large amount of data.

Hello, loalois.

Let's start off by checking the helpful steps in this article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support. It cautions: "Before you downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan, first download or remove content that exceeds your new storage amount. To make sure you don't lose any information, learn how to copy what you store in iCloud." Also, "If your iCloud storage exceeds your new storage plan capacity, iCloud won't sync or update your information. iCloud updates again when you increase your storage capacity or delete information to make more space."

As far as the storage on your devices, please know that all devices add up to your iCloud total; it is not 5GB per device. It is easy to reach 5GB. You can check to see what devices is using what by following these articles: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and Free up storage space on your Mac - Apple Support.
