Is it possible to transfer all from Android to Iphone from different locations? Ie not being in the same wifi?

No. The Android phone must be physically near the iPhone to transfer content. It cannot be done remotely.
The Android phone will connect to a peer to peer Wi-fi network created by the iPhone to transfer content.
