Why my iPhone 13 promax, after any call especially WhatsApp I can not get good volume of videos in same WhatsApp

When I get any WhatsApp call, after I finish talking. I switch to any voice note or videos in WhatsApp the volume is very low until I restart the phone. What should I do?

You should contact the developer of WhatsApp for assistance as it is not an Apple product.
