I refunded one Tinder plan but both plans got refunded by Apple

hello, why did you describe my subscribe in Tinder! there were two separate chargers, i ask for refund of gold member according to the upgrade but i lost my Platinum member as well

It sounds like both subscriptions to an app were refunded inadvertently, is that correct?


If both have been refunded, have you been able to try to re-subscribe to the desired option? If not, try that out and see if you can use it as expected.
