Separating Devices form iCloud:

Sign Out of your Apple ID, and then sign into a new one. Note that Apple IDs cannot be merged as of this date. So, you'll have to purchase it all again.

Sign out Apple ID from desired iPhone Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support

The other iPhone will be separated .
