Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Sounds like you are using Quick Start to transfer to your new iPhone. If it hasn't progressed and seems to be stuck, you may want to restart both devices. To restart your iPhone, press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.
