Mail

I am not able to get or send mail on my MacBook Pro. And have not been able to shut down computer because I cannot quit mail. How can I solve this problem?

How to force an app to quit on your Mac will explain how to quit Mail.

After using Force Quit for Mail restart your computer and determine if the problem has been resolved.

If Mail is still not working try using "Safe Mode:" How to use safe mode on your Mac.
