If I am part apple one as paying customer, do I pay for the movies I want to watch? If not, when gives a price do I hit pay or not?

If you have a subscription to Apple TV+ (through Apple One or separately) you have free access only to Apple TV+ content. All other content in Apple TV is not free to you and is billed. Apple TV+ content will not show a price -- the other content will.
